Credit expert Jones shares his minimally redacted credit reports in a series of three eBooks, to give consumers a template to enhance their own reports and scores. Jones drew on his personal experiences of being raised predominantly in a single-parent household and retrieving multiple collection agency calls as a teenager for his mother with poor credit. He promised himself that he would not follow the same path of financial irresponsibility into his adulthood, but it was the only path he knew.

He continued the cycle of financial irresponsibility into his adulthood until one day he acknowledged that a change was needed. Jones secured multiple jobs, slowly paid off his debts, refused to file bankruptcy and overcame multiple occurrences of being a victim of ID theft.

He resides and is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, works as an information technology professional, actively serves within the Arizona Republican Party as a state and precinct committeeman, as well as his legislative district's secretary and web site administrator. Jones also holds a master's degree in Management Science from University of Central Texas (now Texas A&M University - Central Texas), a bachelor's degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an associate's degree from the New Mexico Military Institute.
